SBA Loan Packaging
Even if your
credit is very strong, you may find that you will want an SBA loan to fund
your business expansion.
These days,
the SBA will guaranty loans up to $750,000. For any SBA loan submitted,
you should have a business plan. Not only does it improve your chance
of getting the local, it helps to crystallize what it is you intend to
do with the funds.
It should
also be noted that as the amount needed rises over $35,000 or $50,000,
the chance of the SBA requiring a business plan increases substantially.
If the amount is over $50,000, the business plan is a requirement.
