Warren, I just wanted to inform you that I sent the last payment today. I wanted to thank you for all your work. When choosing who I was going to have assist us with creating a re-draft of our business plan, I looked at many different aspects of what each company had to offer. Most of the companies I spoke with presented an underlying image that I was one of many who would be put through a standard template. I knew if I chose one of those companies, in the end I would have a decent plan, but nothing else. When I came in contact with you, it was apparent that you wrote these plans from a different angle. You wrote these plans from using hands-on business knowledge, and took a sense of pride in each project you undertook. From a personal standpoint the learning experience in itself was worth the investment, and much more important than the plan itself. Although from conversations via telephone, it may not be apparent how much information I learned from our conferences, but I truly was fascinated with your in-depth business knowledge. It's almost humorous that when pursuing a business, you can spend month upon month developing an idea, but without the additional insight of individuals who have on-hand experience, the plan can not extend outside your current limitations.
