FEE SCHEDULE
- Research donor database and provide potential donor report - $195
- Develop Foundations Proposal - $195 (non government) 3 - 5 page
- Develop Government Proposal - $995 (government) 20 - 25 page
- Print, package, and mail the Proposal - $65 each inquiry
- Prepare and mail letter of inquiry to potential donors - $32.50 each
inquiry
- Advisory services - $65 per hour
- Presentations onsite at donor foundations/organizations - $130 per hour
TERMS - Option A
- 50% fees due in advance, 50% due in 30 days (and)
- 2% of awards over $75,000
- 4% of awards between $25,000 and $74,999
- 6% of awards less than $25,000
- 8% of less than $10,000
Terms - Option B
- 60% of estimated fees due in advance (and)
- 8% of awards over $75,000
- 10% of awards between $25,000 and $74,999
- 12% of awards less than $25,000
- 15% of awards less than $10,000
