FEES AND SERVICE AGREEMENTNo fee for the first meeting or telephone conference. Project rates are based estimated project hours times the hourly rate. Hourly rate tends to decline somewhat as project length increases. If the Client modifies a project task, MIRA Consulting will make every reasonable effort to complete a modified task within the original deadline. If modification requires additional time beyond the original promised deadline, additional hours are billed on an hourly basis or per specification in the final agreement. Before commencing any project or task, MIRA requires that all fees are negotiated and agreed upon in writing. Service agreements itemize of activities to be accomplished including (1) Description of the task; (2) Description of benefits; (3) Expected completion time. A 25% retainer is due prior to commencing work. Typical fees for Business Plans and other services tend to vary on account that needs vary and length of Project varies with the need and the expected outcome. Call to schedule an appointment. At that time we will determine your needs and the length of time it will probably take to accomplish the work you need completed. In addition, it is helpful if you can indicate your budget for such projects. Time element is an important consideration as well. For rush jobs, we tend to charge a small premium over standard rates. In addition, in cases where we are preparing a project for an IPO or large private placement, fees tend to go up on account that greater detail is required commensurate with the investment dollars at stake. Ultimately, fees will only be stated in a proposal we develop for our clients.
