Warren Gacsi, MBA
Owner, Principal, Business Development Specialist
MIRA CONSULTING
owner Warren Gacsi has served business and industry since 1979. He has provided consulting
services to public and private corporations in the areas of business startups, investment proposals, private investment
placements (SEC Reg. D and SCORE), SBA loan packaging, and construction projects.
He has worked with over 200 clients since MIRA Consulting was
formed.
His strengths include management consulting, business planning,
market research, and competitive intelligence, including strategic
planning to numerous companies in the west. Mr. Gacsi has managed operations
and production for two electronic firms and also held Design Engineering positions in the
electronics industry. Currently, Mr. Gacsi serves on the Board of
Directors of Immulabs (OTC BB: IMLB). Formerly, he also served on the Board of
Phoenix Resources Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: PRTI).
Warren Gacsi's tour of military service in the 70s was devoted
to electronic surveillance and intelligence operations for the US Army, Joint Chiefs of
Staff, and National Security Agency. He holds Masters and Bachelors degrees in Business
Administration from the University of Phoenix as well as an Associates degree in
architecture. Mr. Gacsis expertise includes project management, strategic planning,
organizational management, marketing, finance, economics, distribution channels, and
partnering.

Paul Stoddard, JD
Partner, Business Consultant, Legal
Research, Regulatory Compliance
Mr. Stoddard contributes his
expertise in the areas of market research, due diligence, regulatory compliance, and
business development. He has considerable experience in the health care and HMO
industries and has written several business plans. Paul has served as Vice President
of Hunter Engineering and Manufacturing and Director of Business Development for Med
Partners. He has been in Market Consulting for more than 25 years.
He is responsible for MIRA
Consulting marketing and business development activities as well as supporting Client
engagements by contributing his expertise in Marketing, Legal Research, Regulation
Compliance, and Information Systems. In the past, Mr. Stoddard has developed and
implemented business plans for startups and also implemented and managed successful
marketing programs that have increased market share by 200% and customer base by
280%. Paul has a Jurist Doctorate of Law and a Certificate in Regulatory
Compliance. In addition, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical

Mr. Ndaba
Mdhlongwa
Associate, Business Consultant,
Business Plan Developer, Industry/Market Research
Specialist
Mr. Mdhlongwa, based in Dallas, Texas, contributes his
expertise in the areas of business plan development, industry/market research, due
diligence, business briefs, and general support. He has considerable experience
working with clients and has worked with MIRA in development of several projects
during 2000 in addition to the projects he managed on his own before joining
MIRA Consulting.
Mr. Ndaba Mdhlongwa – A
native of Zimbabwe, Mr. Mdhlongwa came to the United States in 1992 to pursue a
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of
Louisiana in Lafayette. Following a change of major, Mr. Mdhlongwa went on to
receive an undergraduate degree in Business. He then went on to earn a Masters
in Business Administration (MBA) degree. Mr. Mdhlongwa brings some expertise in
writing and preparing professional end to end business plans with in-depth
research and analysis for start-up and existing companies seeking funding. Since
1998, he has written over 20 business plans for companies nationwide in diverse
industries including a Fortune 500 company based in Atlanta, GA.
His experience includes working with the Small Business Development Center and
the Micro Business Development Center at the University of Louisiana at
Lafayette and the Small Business Development Center at McNeese State University
in Lake Charles, LA. He has also worked with Louisiana Department of Economic
Development in helping small and emerging businesses with business plan and
consulting needs.
Over the past year, Mr. Mdhlongwa has been working with MIRA Consulting in
developing high-end business plans for various clients. Mr. Mdhlongwa
participated in intercollegiate athletics in track and field and was a five time
All-American and the 1995 outdoor NCAA champion in the triple jump.
He is also a two-time Olympian having participated in the 1992 and 1996

Richard P. Monson, M.A. Business Administration
MIRA Consulting Associate, Business Process Specialist
Richards area of expertise is Operational Process Definition and Improvement,
along with any organizational structure changes required to effectively manage change.
He has more than 30 years experience with the largest Telecommunication Company in
the world. He is a "up-trough-the-ranks" type of person (Technician, Engineer,
Supervisor, and Middle Management).
He understands people at all levels and business processes at all levels. He has also
served an Adjunct Professor for a University for the last 9 years in which he teaches New
Business Ventures (a course in Business Administration focusing on Business Plan
Development).
In 1996, he expanded his experiences into the small business environment and has
developed a balanced perspective, taking into account the advantages and disadvantages of
both the small businesses and large corporate cultures.
His underlying business philosophy is simple but powerful: In order for both large and
small business to be competitive now and into the future, "Processes must
be efficient, Organizational structure must be effective"
Arnold D. Bean
MIRA Consulting Associate, Grant Writer/Non Profit Businesses
Mr. Bean is a native Californian, contributes his expertise to
MIRA Consulting and MIRA Clients in the areas non profit organizations, non
profit formation, and 501-C3 filings. He also provides expertise in grant
writing and fund raising.
Arnie serves on the board of several non-profits, including
San Bernardino Mountains Land Trust, dedicated to the preservation of National
Forest and wilderness and Camp Keola, a Christian fellowship in the high sierras
near Fresno, California. Formerly, he served for several years as a
"Wilderness Ranger" for the San Bernardino National Forest and has a
keen interest in interest hiking and wilderness preservation.
Since 1997, Mr. Bean has served non-profit organizations as
their Project Development Coordinator. He provides grant writing services
for non-profits-have and received training in the art of grant writing
by the premier grant writing school in the United States-The Grantsmanship
Center, Los Angeles, California. His success in coordinating grants
includes a $72,000 grant from Houses of Worship, Pittsburgh PA. To his
credit, successfully marketed web sites for churches throughout California and
was recognized for being the leading producer and marketer throughout the United
States.
Arnie graduated from California State University San
Bernardino with a BA in Education. He earned his AA from Chaffey College,
where he studied Liberal Studies/Education. Prior to 1997, he spent 17
years as a lab manager for Rich Products, a billion dollar non-dairy food
company and 5 years managing Sambo's, a family restaurant.
Arnie is a licensed Ministers with the Mennonite Church
(Pacific Southwest Mennonite Conference). My wife currently pastors Peace
Fellowship-a house church in Claremont, Ca. For years I have worked
with Youth Groups as a Youth Minister.
Tracey Spencer
Technical Staffing, MIRA Consulting Associate
Tracey contributes her expertise in the areas of staffing, hiring, and human resources.
Tracey regularly works with senior executives of large technology development and software
firms. She has considerable experience in the area of recruiting of high tech
professionals including Software Developers, Computer Programmers and other senior level
computer professionals.
Miss Spencer has over 15 years experience working with people.
She helping them by taking proactive steps geared towards improving company management
processes and growth.
Tracey contributes her expertise in the areas of lead generation
and quality control. She is well practiced in communicating with top-level
executives and has provided valuable inputs to senior management in areas of company
growth and completion of critical projects.
